Our Mistake in Shipping / Defective Product
We are happy to accommodate returns free of charge. If you received your order and it was incorrect due to Good Night Owl, we will be happy to ship you the correct item/items at no charge to you. We will email you a shipping label for the return of the incorrect item you received. Return must be made within 2 weeks of emailing you the shipping label. If the item is not returned, then you will be charged for that item.
Oh No, You Accidentally Clicked the Wrong Item
We email confirmation orders to try and help us both catch potential issues before shipping; but hey, things happen. If you received your items and they were incorrect due to an errant click or other lapse; we can help. Simply send the item back in the original condition and packaging as received from Good Night Owl. We will then ship you the correct item, but the shipping cost will be due at time of shipping.
In either case; please notify us of your intentions within 30 days, otherwise we will consider that you are satisfied with your order as shipped.
