Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns not previously authorized will not be refunded

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Our Mistake in Shipping / Defective Product

We are happy to accommodate returns free of charge.  If you received your order and it was incorrect due to Good Night Owl error, we will be happy to ship you the correct item/items at no charge to you.  We will email you a shipping label for the return of the incorrect item you received.  Return must be made within 2 weeks of emailing you the shipping label.  If the item is not returned, then you will be charged for that item.

 

Changed your mind/not satisfied with your selection

If you are not happy with your selection for any reason outside of Good Night Owl error or defect, we are happy to exchange for a different selection from current available inventory or refund your purchase price and taxes paid (minus shipping). Please send back the original item in it's original packaging, unused/unwashed to Good Night Owl (at your expense). Once received and condition is verified, we will send out your new selection or refund to your original purchase method. 

Time Limits

In any case; please notify us of your intentions within 30 days of order receipt, otherwise we will consider that you are satisfied with your order as shipped.
